The paper presents the designing and research works of Professor Anatolijus Rozenbliumas. The Professor was one of the most outstanding Lithuanian engineers and one of the most important scientists in the building field. He created an original theory of calculating the reinforced concrete deformation. The theory was recognized by the most outstanding specialists in this field.
